Our church is led by a plurality of elders who share together in the responsibility of shepherding, teaching, and overseeing the body. Rather than being centered on a single leader, we believe this shared model reflects the pattern given in Scripture, where a group of qualified men labor side by side for the good of Christ’s church. Each elder serves equally, bringing his gifts to bear while walking in unity with the others.
Together, the elders are committed to caring for the spiritual health of the congregation—guarding sound doctrine, providing pastoral oversight, and equipping the saints for faithful living. Their aim is to lead with humility, wisdom, and accountability as under-shepherds of Christ, the Chief Shepherd.
As a church, we hold to the teachings summarized in the 1689 Second London Baptist Confession of Faith, which expresses our shared convictions about Scripture, salvation, the church, and the Christian life. This common foundation helps guide both our leadership and our life together as a body.
